We offer a 30 day return policy on all products we sell from receipt of your order. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will refund the full purchase price. Note: It may take up to 30 business days for a credit to appear on your account, or 7 – 10 days from receipt of merchandise to receive a refund check. Shipping costs on all returns going back to Calirugs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that all packages be sent back using either UPS or FedEx ground or another common carrier that offers the ability to track and insure its packages for safety. Please contact us by phone or email with the tracking information so that we may track your package. We will issue a credit immediately upon the packages arrival and inspection.
